What do you like most about triathlon? The skills I've developed from triathlon - time management, commitment to hard work, attention to detail - have directly impacted my life outside of sport. The things I've learned about myself in training have made me better at everything I pursue.
Role Models: I had dinner with Craig Alexander before a race and all I could spill out was "you're like...my hero man"
